Meet the Crew

Warren has owned MS for 20 years.  She is the love of his life and something he can tie up and walk away from when he feels like it. Not that this happens much. After working solidly on a mining project for the past five years- which meant delaying the start of our trip- we are finally on our way.

After working on a yacht in Greece for a few months I joined  MS in Gibraltar for a 3 week delivery to Ireland and 11 years later found that I had forgotten to hop off  and had acquired something on the way………….which leads us to- Morgan

Morgan is our young crew member having sailed on MS since he was 6 weeks old. He spent the first 5 years sailing around the Hauraki Gulf until the start of his big journey on MS in Nov 2014.  He has fast become a great little seaman and so far seems comfortable with life on board.

We are also joined by family, friends and crew from time to time which provides a bit of variety on board and stops us getting too set in our ways. And thats us……………..
